Our “Clouded Squares” translates a fashion icon pattern (intrecciato, pleated, pillows, squares) used mostly in artisanal leather work in a contemporary design knitted sweater.

Minimalistic, at a glance, is a design that requires a significant amount of time in production, more than 6 times than a regular sweater. It is a poignant illustration of our reasoning in becoming our own producer and open our own factory , as having control over our production capabilities and schedule makes this statement sweater a reality. It also means it is almost guaranteed not to have this design reproduced by others, and definitely not at this price point.

The sweater is produced in Transylvania, by our own employees. It is “fresh” from production and handled with care until its shipment to you from our operational office located few minutes away from our production atelier.

We are committed to make this sweater an Ami Amalia classic for the years to come.

100% prickly, coarse wool. This is not for cashmere lovers, but for those who enjoy the coarse wool, worn with an under layer of clothes, not directly on the skin.
