Shipping & delivery
Shipping costs are not included in the item price, they are to be paid by the customer.
Orders over 200 euros (including VAT) are free of shipping costs.
Please note that the estimated time for processing and knitting is 5-7 working days, but each customer will be contacted with more details about delivery day. During and after a campaign it might take us longer to finalize an order.
We are using a reputable shipping company for international delivery, DHL and for national shipping, TNT. Delivery can be influenced by external factors that are not related to AmiAmalia. The transit time after dispatch may vary depending on your location. In case your delivery is delayed for any reason within our control, we will do our best to keep you informed of the estimated delivery date.
Shipping costs will be indicated for your location during the purchasing process.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am EET till 5:00 pm EET (with the exception of Romanian public holidays). Kindly note that orders which are placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Track your order
After your order was shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking details. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email using the tracking number provided. Product delivery is usually made from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday, so any orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following working days.
Shipping costs for orders below 50€ with TNT (next day delivery) are 5€.
Shipping costs for orders over 50€ with TNT (next day delivery) are free of charge.
Shipping costs for orders below 200€: 15€.
Shipping costs for orders over 200€ – free of charge.
Shipping costs for orders below 200€ – Express Delivery are 30€.
Shipping costs for orders over 200€ – Express Delivery are free of charge.
Returns & Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange the products within 14 days of receipt. If the products comply with our return policy, the customer is eligible for a refund or an exchange. Please notify us of your intent to return an item as soon as possible at email@example.com.
Return & Exchange conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition, not worn, washed or damaged, with all original tags attached.
All returns must be sent back in their original package
Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Customised items can only be returned if the item has production faults for which we are responsible, otherwise it cannot be returned.
Based on the stock availability you may exchange an item for a different size. If that item is not available anymore, you may return it for a store credit.
If the customer wants to wait to exchange an item with another from a future collection, the amount already paid can remain in the customer’s account until such item is available for purchase.
A product can be exchanged with any other product, if the price of the new purchase exceeds the amount of the previous one, the customer will pay the difference. If the price of the new purchase is lower, AmiAmalia will refund the difference to the customer.

AmiAmalia Return Policy
You may return your AmiAmalia purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full return of the value of the item. All we ask is that you inform us of your intent to return as quickly as possible, and at the very latest within 14 days of receipt, along with your return shipment reference number.
Items may of course be tried on, but should be returned in the same condition as you received them. Returned items should therefore not be worn or washed, and should have all original labels intact.
Please note that items that are custom made or personalized are not subject to return.
We strive to avoid manufacturing errors, but if you receive your item in anything but perfect condition, please do contact us immediately, and no later than 14 days after receipt. For agreed repairs and alterations we will send you the necessary information to have the items shipped back for correction at our cost.
Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

Once the return was received and checked by our team, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt and the products. A refund will be issued subject to the returned products meeting our Return & Exchange conditions.
We will refund you as quickly as possible, but please note that refunds can take up to a few days depending on your card provider. The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account and to the payment method with which the original purchase was made. If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
