AmiAmalia Return Policy
You may return your AmiAmalia purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full return of the value of the item. All we ask is that you inform us of your intent to return as quickly as possible, and at the very latest within 14 days of receipt, along with your return shipment reference number.
We will do our best to knit to measure, but please note that the natural yarns are flexible, each color behaves and knits differently. The knitting industry has an accepted tolerance of +- 2 cm per measurement parameter, and in coats, dresses and skirts the length will modify with wear.
We reserve the right to retain 100% of the product value after 2 modifications to accommodate required sizing, or when the sizing requirements change.
Items may of course be tried on, but should be returned in the same condition as you received them. Returned items should therefore not be worn or washed, and should have all original labels intact.
Items in a color can be returned – minus a small yarn fee. Items knitted in your choice of color combination can not be returned.
Please note that items that are ordered through our BESPOKE section (custom made or personalized) are NOT subject to return.
Items purchased from our exclusive SALE offers section can not be returned.
Our products can be knitted in any colors you would like (others than presented on our website for this respective product), with the following T&C’s:
1. We will not request an additional fee for the personalisation, but in case you decide to return the product we will charge /deduct from the value of the return 80€ personalisation fee.
2. Letters – We will knit this in your chosen letter without any additional fee. We can knit also with your desired symbol, typing signs, but in case you decide to return the product we will charge /deduct from the value of the return 80€ personalisation fee.
3. Sizing – We can adjust the product sizing to your desired measurements. We will charge no additional fee for changes within +/- 5 cm. per parameter, but if the desired length to be increased is over 5 cm., we will apply a 30€ yarn charge for merino yarn, and 50€ charge for cashmere, yak, alpaca, etc.
Once a product is modified to a custom size, should you choose to return it we will charge/deduct from the value of the return a 80€ customisation fee.
We strive to avoid manufacturing errors, but if you receive your item in anything but perfect condition, please do contact us immediately, and no later than 14 days after receipt. For agreed repairs and alterations we will send you the necessary information to have the items shipped back for correction at our cost.
