“White Flowers” Zipped Sweater, Merino

This Zipped Sweater is a special edition created for the TRANSILVANIA | EXTRAVAGANZA exhibition and is knitted from 100% extrafine Italian merino wool.

The image reproduced on the sweater is taken from “Clown with White Flowers”, oil on canvas, 2013, by the artist Ștefan Câlția.

“Outside the window of my studio stands a white rose, planted by my wife. It blooms throughout the year whenever there is no frost, even in winter. Sometimes it carries flowers at Christmas, and then, as soon as spring arrives, it blooms again.

I see it through my window for much of the year, so I often find myself talking to it. During my work, it is my closest companion.”
